improve implementation of scene graph tree

make AscText immutable when drawing

rename AscTextNode to just AscText

allow NULL argument für asc_text()

don't force the use of CxBuffer in AscTextNode

use new cxBufferReset function

add first draft of a scene graph structure

add pseudo-rule s.t. dry-runs won't fail
